Charge Port Door Sensor Fault

Had message "Charge Port Door Sensor fault" for quite a while. Yesterday door was flapping in the breeze. Started investigating. It involves removing the charge port and the left rear tail light. Noticed that the charge port motor and sensor housing was swimming in water. The drain grommet and attached hose was plugged. Decided to Dremel open the housing and found bad corrosion from the water. Also the door shaft plastic was broken. Hence flappy door.

Went to Railside Tesla and bought a new motorized door. Cost was less than used ones on Ebay.
