Parking Lot Hit and Run

Just noticed ( June 09, 2015 ) that someone backed into my Tesla hood and left 2 dings and hood is bent. Going to Excellence Auto tomorrow morning to see what can be done. Unfortunately my dash cam only records the most recent 24 hours and this must have happened earlier than that.

Took the car to Excellence Auto and as I suspected, the entire Hood has to be replaced due to the bow. Total repair is estimated at $ 2,200.00
Also noticed that light in front trunk ( Frunk ) does not come on. Another job to investigate.

Found that the micro switch bracket was broken. Repaired it with JB Weld. This switch also is the lid open sensor.

Car is now at Excellence Auto to get hood replaced.

Brought car home from Excellence Auto who did another excellent repair.
